About me:

Hi! My name is Allie Tracy, and I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma. I am majoring in Advertising with a minor in Classical Culture. While pursuing the advertising track at OU, I realized I wanted to focus on the creative side of the industry.

Growing up, I never really knew what I wanted to be. At first, I considered becoming a doctor, a lawyer, or maybe living on a yacht after my husband mysteriously disappeared. But, thankfully for everyone in those professions, a high school aptitude test revealed that the creative side of advertising would be a fulfilling career for me. Looking back, I realized creativity had always been the one constant in my life, and since then I’ve been working to grow and strengthen it.

Another constant has been my drive to do my best. I don’t like to put out work that doesn’t represent me well. While not everything can be perfect, I always push it as close to perfect as possible. Exercising my creative muscles is something I value deeply and plan to keep building on throughout my career.

During college, I’ve developed technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. These tools have allowed me to bring my ideas to life, and I’m excited to continue expanding my abilities in them. Beyond technical skills, college has also reshaped the way I view myself. I used to think I lacked work ethic, but I’ve discovered that I actually do thrive with discipline and perfectionism, it just requires something I’m truly passionate about. Advertising gives me that passion.

At my core, I am a creator who values curiosity, discipline, and originality. My goal is to bring bold, thoughtful ideas to life and to continue refining my craft along the way. Advertising isn’t just a career path for me, it’s where my creativity and ambition meet.
